BOOKING CONDITION
Reservation
Enquiries and reservations for services in all areas shown in this tariff should be made through our office co-ordinating centre in Hanoi which will quote, accept booking, issue vouchers and receive payment.Please provide arrival/departure dates, flight detail, number of persons travelling and category of hotels to assist us in fulfilling your requirements.
Deposit.
A nonrefundable deposit of US$ 100per person is required at the time of booking.
Once a deposit is received, it is understood that you have to read and accept our term and condition.
Balance.
Balance is due 30days prior to departure.A full payment is required for booking made less than 30days prior to departure.
Cancellations.
Cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations fees will be charge as followed:
- More than 30days before commencement of service Loss of deposit.
- Less than 30days before commencement of service 30% of booking cost or US$ 100 whichever is greater.
- Less then 15days before commencement of service 50% of booking cost or US$ 100 whichever is greater.
- Less than 10days before commencement of service 100% of booking cost.
Refunds.
No refunds of exchanges will be given for unused or cancelled services after your tour arrangement commenced.No refunds on services include in the tour (Accommodation, meals, transport, guiding,entrance fee) if you leave the trip early for any reason or choose to not utilize an included service.
Transfers.
Unless otherwise indicated, transfer rates include:
Meet and Greet service
Assistance with arrival and departure procedures at point of entry and exit.
Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle unless otherwise indicated.
Qualified English speaking Guide/Driver.
Assistance with reconfirmation of onward travel reservations.
Tours.
Unless otherwise indicated, tour rates include:
Sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary.Qualified English speaking Guides unless otherwise requested.Admission fees unless otherwise indicated.Meals and drinks when indicated in the itinerary.Transportation by air-conditioned vehicle unless otherwise indicated.
Children’s Rates.
For transfer and tour services,our charges are:
Under 2 years - free or charge
02-12 years - 75% of full rate
Children’s rate for hotel accommodation are subject to policy of respective hotels.In most cases, extra-bed are provide and charged accordingly.
Complimentary Services.
One tour leader will be accorded complimentary services for Group exceeding 15 full paying pax.However, this is confining to only1/2 twin accommodation in hotel and a maximum of 02 F.O.C for any one group.Meals, drinks and entrance fees will be charged accordingly.
Insurance.
The purchase of comprehensive travel insurance ( from your country of origin) and prior to departure is strongly recommended.Your policy should cover against: personal accident, medical, expenses, emergency, repatriation, personal liability, cancellation curtailment, loose luggage and personal effect.
Responsibility.
Please note that VietnamNatureTravel act as agents for the companies providing transport, accmmodation and other services.All possible care is taken by VietnamNatureTravel to ensure suppliers maintain high standards.However as we do not control, the airlines, car operators or hotel, and can not be responsible in any way for problem resulting from these booking, unless it is direct result of negligence on our part.
Vietnam Nature Travel can not accept responsibility for any aspects of your holiday arrangement affected by matters out of our control, including natural, weather conditions, fire, government action, curtailment or rescheduling of flights.Should Vietnam Nature Travel deem it advisable to amend an itinerary for any reason, we reserve the right to reschedule, reroute or substitute a suitable alternative arrangement.
Vietnam Nature Travel will endeavor to ensure your tour departs, however should the group size fall bellow the minimum number our pricing was based on, we reserve the right to apply surcharge.Should this option be unacceptable, cancellation of the tour and refund of all payment will constitute full settlement with the passenger.
Vietnam Nature Travel will reserve the right to terminate the provision of services to any passenger deemed to be contravening the laws and regulations of Vietnam, behaving in a manner, which causes serious offence or is threatening to the safety of others.Passengers agree to accept the authority of our tour Guides and the management at Vietnam Nature Travel Company.
Participation on any implies full agreement to the above condition by parties involved.
